Quality Policy

SPASI LLC adopts the following Quality Policy, which is developed and implemented by senior management in cooperation with the team.

The main goal in the area of ​​quality is to fulfill obligations to our customers in a high-quality and timely manner, to take a leading position among Companies in the field of servicing and supplying emergency rescue equipment, fire-fighting equipment, work and safety equipment, navigation equipment and hoses for receiving/transferring oil products to ships of the Sea and River Fleet.

Quality goals:

• continuous improvement of the quality of services provided by the Company, through the introduction of modern technologies, modernization and replacement of equipment, measuring instruments, improvement of technological processes;

• constant expansion of the range of services provided by obtaining accreditation of manufacturers, training and advanced training of personnel for new types of services;

• meeting the needs of the most important consumers – ship owners by providing comprehensive services: from the supply of Equipment to servicing;

• constant study of the requirements, requests and expectations of consumers in order to increase their level of satisfaction by collecting information from the feedback form posted on the official website of the Company;

• constant training and advanced training of personnel;

• control of the accuracy and reliability of test results by maintaining and adhering to schedules for verification/calibration of measuring instruments, equipment maintenance;

• use of materials and components approved by manufacturers during maintenance;

• involvement of personnel in activities to improve the Company’s operations by ensuring their competence;

• ensuring further development and improvement of the material and technical base and infrastructure;

• ensuring continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system for compliance with GOST R ISO 9001-2015 by conducting internal and external audits and analyzing the operation of the QMS.

The work is performed by certified and qualified specialists with extensive experience.

The top management facilitates the communication of the quality policy to stakeholders, creates the necessary conditions for its effective implementation and guarantees that the policy meets customer requirements and continuously improves the effectiveness of the quality management system and undertakes to ensure the achievement of the goals of this Quality Policy and bears personal responsibility to employees for its implementation.
